Orientační určení hmotnosti zátěže na vertikální zdviži

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Orientační určení hmotnosti zátěţe na vertikální zdviţi“ se zabývá zjišťováním hmotnosti materiálu v zásobníku skladovací věţe Logimat. V kapitole Váţení zásobníku tenzometry je popsána metoda zjištění hmotnosti zátěţe pomocí váţních čidel a návrh jejich umístění do Logimatu. Dále je zde řešena moţnost váţení pomocí měření velikosti odběru proudu asynchronního motoru pro pohon výtahu. V kapitole Úprava softwaru pro PLC je popsána knihovna VahaLib, která provádí výpočet hmotnosti z naměřených veličin na motoru elevátoru.Bachelor thesis "Approximate determination of the weight load on the vertical elevator" is concerned with detecting the mass of material in the container storage tower LogiMat. In Chapter Weight container using strain gages described method to determine the weight by using strain gages and their placement in the draft Logimatu. There is also addressed the possibility of using measurements actual size of current asynchronous motor to drive the elevator. In the chapter Editing Software PLC is described library VahaLib that calculates the load from the measured variables on the elevator motor.
