Abstract
Rekonverze hanáckých zemědělských usedlostí na nové využití skrývá velký potenciál pro rozvoj vesnic na střední Moravě. Je ověřována slučitelnost podnikání s trvalým bydlením. Na příkladech jsou ukázány klady a zápory a stanoveny limity těchto rekonverzí.
Conversion of Haná farmhouses to new uses lies is a great potential for development of villages in central Moravia. It is proved the compatibility of business with permanent housing. The examples show the pros and cons, and specify limits of the reconversion.
