Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Rodinný dům na okraji města“ je vypracování prováděcí dokumentace na výstavbu rodinného domu na pozemku č.194/3, v městě Stračov. Je třeba objekt začlenit do okolní zástavby a vhodně ho osadit do svažitého terénu. Dům je řešen vždy odskočením o půl patra. Tím ideálně kopíruje terén. Střechu nad objektem budou tvořit dvě na sobě nezávislé sedlové střechy. Nosná část bude tvořena keramickými cihlami HELUZ. Zateplené kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Fasáda bude vyřešena kombinací bílé a šedivé. Nenosná část bude tvořena systémem HELUZ broušené. Střecha bude mít betonovou krytinu BESK.
