Rodinný dům Dolany u Olomouce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rodinný dům ve svahu v obci Dolany u Olomouce. Objekt je jednopodlažní a částečně podsklepený. Dominantou objektu je nadzemní podlaží s velkými prosklenými plochami orientovanými na jih do údolí a zimní zahradou vystupující do prostoru. Nadzemní část je řešena jako rámová sloupková dřevostavba, která přesahuje přes spodní stavbu z betonových tvarovek. Objekt je rozdělen do čtyř sekcí. Na centrální obytnou část navazují na východě dispozice dětská klidová část a na západě klidová část rodičů. Relaxační a technické zázemí je umístěno v suterénu objektu.Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the detached house on the slope in the village Dolany near Olomouc. The building has one floor and partial basement. The main feature of building is floor with large glass surfaces oriented to the south into valley and winter garden protruding into space. Part above ground is designed as a timber frame construction that extends over the basement part built of concrete building blocks. The building is divided into four sections. Resting area for parents in the west and resting area for children in the east are connected with central living area. Relaxation and technical facilities are located in the basement of the building.
