Návrh dobývací špičky kolesového rypadla

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem dobývací špičky malého kolesového rypadla. První část je věnována návrhu těžené třísky podle zvolených základních parametrů. Tvar třísky následně určuje geometrii korečku. Hlavní částí této práce je konstrukční návrh kolesa spolu se základní pevnostní analýzou daného kolesa. Na závěr jsou vypočteny výkonnostní parametry kolesa. Tato diplomová práce vznikla jako ukázka spojení teoretických poznatků týkajících se návrhu kolesových rypadel spolu s dostupnými informacemi reálných konstrukčních návrhů rypadel.The master's thesis deals with the design of the mining tip of a small bucket-wheel excavator. The first part is devoted to the design of the extracted splinter according to the selected basic parameters. The shape of the splinter then determines the geometry of the bucket. The main part of this work is the structural design of the wheel along with the basic strength analysis of the wheel. Finally, the performance parameters of the wheel are calculated. This thesis was written as an example of combining the theoretical knowledge regarding wheel excavator design together with the available information of real excavator designs.
