Rekonstrukce sokolovny

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rekonstrukce objektu sokolovny se sportovní halou. Cílem práce je zpracování stavebně-technického a dispozičního řešení objektu s ohledem na současné požadavky na provoz, hygienu, bezpečnost a energetickou náročnost budov. Návrh zahrnuje vytvoření nového sociálního zázemí, vybudování posilovny ze stávajících nevyužívaných prostor a úpravy provozu hospody včetně technického zázemí. Součástí práce je posouzení stávajícího technického stavu objektu, návrh dispozičních změn, řešení konstrukčních úprav a návrh technických zařízení budovy. Důraz je kladen na zlepšení tepelně-technických vlastností objektu, zvýšení uživatelského komfortu a prodloužení životnosti stavby při zachování jejího společenského a historického významu. Výsledkem práce je projektová dokumentace rekonstrukce objektu ve stupni odpovídajícím dokumentaci pro provedení stavby.The diploma thesis focuses on the design of the reconstruction of the falconry community hall with a sports hall. The aim of the thesis is to develop a construction-technical and spatial design of the building with regard to current requirements for operation, hygiene, safety, and energy performance of buildings. The proposal includes the creation of new sanitary facilities, the construction of a fitness center from existing unused spaces, and modifications to the operation of the pub, including its technical facilities. The thesis also includes an assessment of the existing technical condition of the building, the design of spatial layout changes, solutions for structural modifications, and the design of building services systems. Emphasis is placed on improving the thermal performance of the building, increasing user comfort, and extending the service life of the structure while preserving its social and historical significance. The outcome of the thesis is project documentation for the reconstruction of the building at a level corresponding to documentation for construction execution.
