Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním podniku. Popisuje základní teoretické poznatky o vstupních analýzách a oceňování podniku. Analyzuje aktuální stav v podniku R.S. AQUATECH CZ, s. r. o. a praktická část práce je zaměřena na samotné ocenění podniku.
This master’s thesis deals with estimation of the company value. Describes the basic theoretical knowledge of initial analysis and estimation of the company value.
