Abstract
Jedna se o novostavbu rodinného domu s provozovnou, která má vlastní vstup. Dům je situován na území Pardubického kraje v obci Letohrad, katastrální území Letohrad. Objekt se skládá ze dvou nadzemních podlaží. Součásti domu je garáž. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou nad druhém podlažím, nad prvním je plochá zelená střecha nad obývacím pokojem formou terasy. Budova je navržena z konstrukčního systému VELOX.
This is a family house with an establishment, which has its own entrance. The house is situated in the Pardubice region in the town Letohrad, cadastral Letohrad. The building consists of two floors. The house has a garage. The building is covered with a flat roof above the second floor, above the first is a flat green roof above the living room in the form of terraces. The building is designed from the structural system VELOX.
