Analýza průniku lepidel do submikroskopické struktury dřeva

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou průniku lepidla do buněčné stěny dřeva. Zaměřuje se na lepidla používaná pro konstrukční účely a popisuje jeden z hlavních aspektů ovlivňující penetraci, molekulovou hmotnost lepidla. Práce obsahuje vedle popisu použitelných metod ke stanovení molekulové hmotnosti lepidla také popis některých metod detekující lepidlo v buněčné stěně.This thesis focuses on the problem of penetration of adhesive into the cell wall of wood. It focuses on adhesives used for structural purposes and describes one of the main aspects influencing penetration, molecular weight of the adhesive. In addition to description of useful methods for determining the molecular weight of adhesive, thesis contains a description of some methods used for detection of adhesive in the cell wall of wood.
