Návrh implementace informačního systému do centra sdílených služeb

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom implementácie nového informačného systému do spoločnosti Dixons Retail SSC, s.r.o.. V práci je vytvorená analýza súčasného stavu procesu riadenia dobropisov, ktorý je jedným z podporných procesov cyklu záväzkov. Analýza sa sústredí najmä na popis používaných systémov a väzby medzi nimi. Návrhová časť práce sa venuje implementácii nového systému SAP, a teda návrhu jeho modulu Invoice Cockpit a jeho funkcionalít. Ďalej je uvedený odporúčaný postup konverzie dát zo súčasných systémov a návrh dialógových okien. V závere práce sú uvedené odporúčania pre ďalší postup po úspešnej implementácii nového informačného systému.Bachelor thesis deals with the design of implementation of a new information system to the company Dixons Retail SSC, s.r.o.. Firstly an analysis of the current state of the process of credit note handling is made. This process is a supportive process for the whole AP cycle process of the company. The analysis focuses mainly on the description of systems used for credit note handling and the links between them. The design of implementation is focused on the module Invoice Cockpit and its main functions. Afterwards a recommendation of the procedure of conversing data from old systems to new is made and new dialog windows are designed. In the conclusion recommendations of processes, which should follow up a successful implementation of information system are made.
