Historie výroby slitin železa ve slévárně ŽĎAS, a. s.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje novověkou historii výroby oceli na Ţďársku a historii metalurgicko-strojírenského podniku ŢĎAS, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na teoretickou část výroby oceli na elektrických obloukových pecích se stručně popsanou historií výroby oceli od výroby v „dýmačkách“, po moderní výrobní technologii oceli sekundární technologií. Druhá část popisuje historii výroby oceli na Ţďársku aţ po vznik metalurgicko – strojírenského podniku ŢĎAS, a.s., kde postupně popisuje vývoj od stavby aţ po součastnost. Je blíţe zaměřena na rozvoj sekundární metalurgie, kterou ŢĎAS a.s. dosahuje výborné „mikročistoty“ oceli ale i mechanických vlastností. Pomocí těchto technologií vzrostla schopnost nadále rozšiřovat výrobní program zaváděním nových značek ocelí. Díky neustálému rozvoji a snaze dosahovat nejlepší výsledky v kvalitě oceli je a bude ŢĎAS a.s. patřit mezi největší výrobce kvalitní oceli nejen v České Republice.The thesis describes the history of modern age of steel production in Ţďár region, and the history of metallurgical engineering company ŢĎAS. The work is divided into the theoretical part of the steel production on electric arc furnaces along with brief history from steel production in bloomery furnace to the modern steel manufacturing technology - secondary metallurgy. The second part describes the history of steel production in Ţďár region until the formation of metallurgical engineering company ŢĎAS, and consequently the company development from the construction to the present day. The thesis are focused on the development of secondary metallurgy by which the ŢĎAS company can reach the steel with high level of micro cleanness and high level of mechanical properties. Using by this technology the company can extend its product range by introducing new steel grades. Thanks to the continuous progress and efforts to achieve the best results in steel quality, the ŢĎAS company be among the largest producer of quality steel not only in the Czech Republic.
