Abstract
Bakalářská práce se v první části zabývá teorií fotoluminiscence v polovodičích, v druhé části potom problematikou měření fotoluminiscence tenkých vrstev SRON a srovnáním naměřených spekter pro různé podmínky.
The first part of bachelor’s thesis deals with theory of photoluminescence in semiconductors, the second part describes measurement of thin SRON layers and comparison of taken spectra for various conditions.
