Analýza nákladů a cen liniových staveb

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje liniovým stavbám a to pozemním komunikacím – silnicím (dálnici). V teoretické části se budeme věnovat základním názvoslovím typu cena, rozpočet stavby, náklady, liniové stavby a jejich historie a druhy podkladních a obrusných vrstev vozovky. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá sestavením dvou položkových rozpočtů dle stanovených konstrukcí silnice a následným vyhodnocením dle stanovených kritérií.The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the topic of linear structures – roads (highways). The theoretical part of this thesis explains the basic concepts like price, construction budget, costs, linear structures, also history of linear structures and sorts of substructures and wearing courses of roads. The practical part deals with compilation of two itemized budgets by road construction set and evaluation of this budgets by set criteria at the end of the practical part.
