Hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního projektu

Abstract

Práce se zabývá investičním projektem výstavby a provozování sportovního centra v Malenovicích. Hlavní náplní práce je zhodnotit ekonomickou efektivnost tohoto projektu. V práci je nejprve definován podnikatelský záměr a dále je popsáno finanční plánování investice a plánování finančních toků. Součástí práce je rovněž seznámení s typy sportovních povrchů, poté zaměření na konkrétní povrchy, které byly použity na výstavbu sportovního areálu. V závěru práce je proveden výpočet základních ekonomických ukazatelů, na jejichž základě je provedeno objektivní posouzení a zhodnocení výhodnosti tohoto stavebního investičního projektu.The thesis is devoted to investment project focusing on construction and managing of sport centrum in Malenovice district. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency of this project. Firstly, the thesis defines the business plan followed by description of the financial planning investment and cash flow. A part of this project familiarizes with types of sport surfaces, then focusing on specific surfaces used in construction of sport premises. In thesis´s conclusion is showed calculation of basis economic indicators that were used as a base for objective appraisal and assessment advantage of above building investment project.
