Abstract

Pěstování a zpracování vinné révy je jedinečným fenoménem z hlediska hmotné a duchovní kultury venkova. Specifický způsob pěstování utvářel podobu vinařské krajiny a struktura vinohradnických staveb ovlivnila podobu obcí ve vinařských oblastech i životní styl regionů, včetně projevů lidového umění a folklóru. Historické vinné sklepy symbolizovaly bohatství, prosperitu a tradiční hodnoty moravského venkova. V současné době je pěstování vína významným a stále se rozvíjejícím odvětvím. Putování po vinicích a vinařských oblastech nabízí alternativní způsob trávení volného času. Tato forma turistiky je stále oblíbenější i na Moravě. Vinařské oblasti jsou zpřístupněny sítí cyklostezek a naučných stezek a vznikají nová moderní vinařství. Dnešní vinařství je výrazně ovlivněno technologickými inovacemi, které optimalizují procesy od práce na vinici až po řízení, distribuci a komunikaci. Tato revoluce přinesla řadu výhod, ale také výzev a důležitých otázek týkajících se budoucnosti tohoto odvětví. Terén, klimatické podmínky a topografie jsou klíčovými prvky, které ovlivňují nejen výběr odrůd vinné révy, ale také samotné budovy a infrastrukturu. Architektura moderních vinařství se vyznačuje funkčním a estetickým designem, používáním moderních materiálů a technologií, respektováním tradičních vinařských postupů a ochranou krajiny a přírodního prostředí. Článek nabízí nový pohled na architekturu vinařství jako na proměnlivou cestu časem.The cultivation and processing of grapes is a unique phenomenon in terms of the material and spiritual culture of the countryside. The specific cultivation method has shaped the image of the wine-growing landscape, and the structure of vineyard buildings has influenced the appearance of villages in wine-growing areas as well as the lifestyle of the regions, including expressions of folk art and folklore. Historic wine cellars symbolised the wealth, prosperity and traditional values of the Moravian countryside. Today, wine-growing is an important and growing industry. Wandering through vineyards and wine-growing areas offers an alternative way of spending leisure time. This form of tourism is becoming increasingly popular also in Moravia. Wine-growing areas have been made accessible by a network of cycle paths and nature trails, and new modern wineries are being established. Contemporary viticulture is significantly influenced by technological innovations that optimise processes from vineyard work to management, distribution and communication. This revolution has brought many benefits, but also challenges and important questions about the future of the sector. Terrain, climatic conditions and topography are key elements that influence not only the choice of grape varieties but also the buildings and infrastructure themselves. The architecture of modern wineries is characterized by functional and aesthetic design, the use of modern materials and technologies, respect for traditional winemaking practices and the protection of the landscape and natural environment. The article offers a new perspective on winery architecture as a changing journey through time.
