Rodinný dům s provozovnou

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je řešena novostavba samostatně stojícího rodinného domu s provozovnou ze stavebního zdícího systému Supertherm. Objekt se bude nacházet v obci Zastávka, okres Brno – venkov. Dům je řešen jako třípodlažní s jedním částečným podzemním podlažím a dvěmi nadzemními podlažími. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Z hlediska konstrukce jde o stavbu kombinovanou z betonových tvárnic v suterénu a keramických tvárnic v prvním a druhém nadzemním podlaží. Stropy domu jsou navrženy jako monolitické - železobetonové křížem vyztužené desky. Nosná konstrukce schodiště je železobetonová. Dům má dvouplášťovou pultovou střechu a terasu v druhém nadzemním podlaží. Ve vrchní části domu je dřevěný obklad.This bachelor thesis deals with building a detached house with establishment made of a building wall panel system Supertherm. The house will be located in a town of Zastávka in Brno-venkov district. It is designed as a three-storey house including a partial underground storey. The house is based on unreinforced concrete strip foundations. Regarding the constructions, the building is a combination of concrete blocks in a basement and ceramic blocks in the first and second storeys. Ceilings of the house are designed as monolithic – cross reinforced concrete slabs. A supporting structure of a stairway is made of reinforced concrete. A double-face pent roof and a terrace in the second storey complete the house. An upper part of the house consists of wooden cladding.
