Abstract
Diplomová práce hodnotí situaci společnosti VCES a.s. z pohledu situační a finanční analýzy za období let 2003-2005. V závislosti na získaných poznatcích obou analýz jsou odhalena slabší místa v hospodaření podniku a podány návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího stavu.
This master´s thesis assesses the situation of company VCES a.s. from the situation and financial analysis point of view. Depending on acquiring findings of both analysis are detected weaknesses in financial management and recommended measures leading to improvement of it´s current situation.
