Zhodnocení rizik návrhu zavedení automatické výrobní linky společnosti Krespo, s.r.o.

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení rizik návrhu zavedení automatické výrobní linky ve společnosti Krespo, s.r.o. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu zvoleného podniku navržení automatické linky včetně uvedení přínosů, které plynou z tohoto návrhu a zhodnocení rizik, které se zavedením linky souvisí. První část diplomové práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky, souvisejícími s danou problematikou. Následně je zpracována analytická část, kde je charakterizována společnost, provedeny analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí včetně SWOT analýzy. Poslední část se zabývá vlastním návrhem zavedení automatické linky, jejími přínosy a zhodnocením rizik, spojených s jejím zavedením v podniku.The diploma thesis is focused on the risk evaluation of the proposal for introduction of automated production line in the company Krespo Ltd. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of the selected company to proposing an automated line including an indication of the benefits of this proposal and the risk evaluation related to the introduction of the line. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge related to the topic. Subsequently, the processed analytical part, where the company is characterized and there are also analysis of internal and external environment, including SWOT analysis. The last part deals with the proposal for introduction of automated line, its benefits and risk evaluation associated with its introduction in the company.
