Výrobní hala v Brně - stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je stavebně technologická příprava a realizace výrobně skladovací haly v Brně. Obsahem diplomové práce je technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, studie hlavních technologických etap, projekt zařízení staveniště, dopravní značení s ohledem na zařízení staveniště, dále dva technologické předpisy, první pro montáž prefabrikovaného železobetonového skeletu haly a druhý pro realizaci průmyslové podlahy se vsypem. Následuje návrh hlavních stavebních mechanismů, širší vztahy dopravních tras, dva kontrolní a zkušební plány pro zmíněné technologické předpisy, dále vybraná část plánu BOZP, zejména definice hlavních rizik a návrh bezpečnostních opatření pro technologické procesy, dále rešerše certifikace udržitelnosti budov Breeam a Leed, poslední kapitola obsahuje alternativní návrh průmyslové podlahy s cenovým porovnáním. Dále byl zpracován slepý položkový rozpočet pro hrubou vrchní stavbu, plán potřeby materiálů pro vybraný předpis a další přílohy.The subject of the diploma thesis is the construction and technological preparation and implementation of a production and storage hall in Brno. The content of the diploma thesis is a technical report for the construction and technological project, a study of the main technological stages, a project of the construction site equipment, traffic signs about the construction site equipment, as well as two technological regulations, the first for the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton of the hall and the second for the implementation of the industrial floor with filling. This is followed by the design of the main construction mechanisms, the broader relationships of the transport routes, two inspection and testing plans for the aforementioned technological prescriptions, then a selected part of the health and safety plan, in particular the definition of the main risks and the design of safety measures for the technological processes, as well as a search of the Breeam and Leed sustainability certification of buildings, and the last chapter contains an alternative design for the industrial floor with a price comparison. In addition, a blind itemized budget for the rough top building, a material requirement plan for the selected prescription and other annexes have been prepared.
