Abstract

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhotovení projektu dle norem, zákonů, technických předpisů pro provedení stavby. Dokumenty stanovují urbanistické, architektonické a stavebně technické řešení, popis konstrukcí a požadovaných informací o stavbě, výkresy pro provádění. Úkolem bakalářské práce je řešení projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby na téma rodinný dům s provozovnou. Výkresová dokumentace byla zhotovena v programu AutoCad. Stavba je určena k celoročnímu bydlení. Objekt je nepodsklepený a disponuje dvěmi nadzemními podlažími. Provozovna bude využívána jako kadeřnictví. Objekt je realizován ze systému Porotherm a je zastřešen valbovou střechou.The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is making the project according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for building construction. Documents determine urban, architectural and engineering solutions, description of constructions and required information about the buildig, plans for implementation. The task of this thesis is project documentation according to solution for building construction of detached house with service establishement. The drawings were executed in AutoCad. The house is designed for year-round occupancy. This building is realised without a basement and has two floors.
