Penzion s restaurací

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace penzionu s restaurací. Řešený objekt se nachází na rovinaté parcele číslo 2016 v obci Hradec nad Moravicí, katastrální území Hradec nad Moravicí [646814]. Penzion s restaurací má přibližně tvar dvou obdélníků, které dohromady tvoří siluetu velkého tiskacího písmene t. Objekt má celkové rozměry na šířku 36 m a na délku 22,54 m. Samostatně stojící objekt je nepodsklepený, kdy část restaurace je jednopodlažní s pultovou střechou a obsahuje prostor restaurace, kuchyni, zázemí hostů, zázemí zaměstnanců a technické zázemí. Část penzionu s pultovou střechou je dvoupodlažní se samostatnými pokoji pro hosty, zázemím pro úklid a provoz. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny ze systému ztraceného bednění Velox, stropní konstrukce je železobetonová monolitická.Goal of this diploma thesis is processing of the design project documentation of guest house with restaurant. Designed building is placed at flat terrain at plot of number 2016 in municipality Hradec nad Moravicí, cadastral area of Hradec nad Moravicí [646814]. Guest house with restaurant has approximately shape of two rectangles, that together looks like capital letter t. Building has overall dimensions in length 36 m and in width 22,54 m. Detached building is building without cellar, when the part of restaurant is single-storeyed with mono-pitched roof and there is placed the restaurant, kitchen, facilities guests, staff facilities and technical facilities. The part of quest house with mono-pitched roof is two-storeyed and there is placed quests rooms and facilities. Vertical and support construction comprises the permanent formwork Velox system, floor structure is reinforced concrete slab.
