Abstract

Koncept polyfunkčního nárožního domu na nábřeží v Přerově je založen na rozdělení parcely na dvě části. Tyto části jsou propojeny plnohodnotnou uličkou se vstupy do obchodů a bytů. Ulička vede z úrovně terénu přes obchody až na střechu, kde je zakončena na terase s kavárnou odkud je výjimečný výhled na řeku a centrum města. Bydlení je založeno na konceptu pravidelného shluku kostiček. Vytváří se zde tak příjemné terasy pro byty a také průhledy z uličky skrz objekt přímo směrem k centru.The concept of mixed-use corner house situated on the bank in Přerov is based on the division of the parcel into two parts. These two partsare linked by the small street with the entrances to the shops and living. The small street leads from the ground floor through shopping to the roof floor where it ends by the terrace with coffe bar. There is amazing view to the river and center. The living is designed on the conception of regular crowd of cubes. Thereby the pleasant terraces for flats and viewing from the street through house oriented to the center arrised.
