Rodinný dům s ordinací

Abstract

Projekt řeší objekt pro bydlení. Jedná se o rodinný dům s provozem ordinace soukromého fyzioterapetua. Objekt je samostatně stojící, má 2 nadzemní podlaží, jedno podzemní, přičemž 2.NP je řešeno jako podkroví. Je to zděný objekt z keramických tvárnic a ETICS systému, stropy POT+MIAKO s výztužnými prvky. Suterén je z tvárnic BTB, armovaných, zmonolitněných, s dodatečným zateplením. Střecha je kombinací sedlové a valbové, sklon 35°. Objekt je situován v okrajové lokalitě města Jaroměř, terén rovinatý.The project is solving object for living. Is it family house with the private physioterapist’s surgery. The object is standing separately and has two floors above ground and one floor under ground. The 2nd floor is solved as attic. For masonry is used material ceramic bricks with the ETICS, the ceiling is made from POT & MIAKO systeme with reinforcing components. In underground floor is used material the lost formwork concrete blocks with the armature and additional insulation. For the roof is used combination of saddle roof and hip roof, with angle 35 degrees. Object is located in peripheral locality of the city Jaroměř. Surrounding terrain is flat.
