Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci zpracovávám projekt samostatně stojícího bytového domu terasového typu, z části zasazeného do terénu. Objekt má 3 nadzemní podlaží, jedno podzemní a je zastřešen plochou střechou. V bytovém domě se nachází šest bytových jednotek a tři garážová stání, včetně technického zázemí. Dům bude postaven v obci Přibyslavice, na pozemcích s parcelními čísly 140/1 a 145/1. Půdorys domu má tvar obdélníku. Svislý nosný konstrukční systém byl navržen jako zděný. Vodorovný pak tvoří předpjaté panely Spiroll. Vnitřní schodiště je betonové, monolitické. Materiálové a konstrukční řešení bylo voleno tak, aby se blížilo pasivním standardům. Projekt plně respektuje aktuální platné normy a technologické předpisy jednotlivých výrobců.The main theme of this Master´s thesis is a project of detached residential house of a terraced type, partially located in terrain. The building has three floors and a basement and is covered by a flat roof. There are six residential units in the house and three parking spaces, including technical support. The house will be built in the village of Pribyslavice, on the plots with parcel numbers 140/1 and 145/1. The ground plan of the house is of a rectangular shape. The vertical load-bearing structural system is chosen to be made from bricks. Horizontal system is made by using Spiroll prestressed panels. The internal staircase is made from concrete, monolithic. The material and construction solutions is chosen to be close to passive standards. The project fully respects currently applicable standards and technical regulations of individual manufacturers.
