Rodinný dům s řeznictvím

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a vypracováním projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby objektu rodinného domu s řeznictvím ve Velaticích. Objekt se nachází na parcele č.2025/4, v katastrálním území Velatice. Dům je členěn na obytnou část a provozní. Je situován v zastavěném okolí. Část pro bydlení má dvě nadzemní podlaží, provozovna jedno nadzemní podlaží, objekt je částečně podsklepen, součástí jsou dvě garáže jedna v obytné a druhá v provozní části . Vedle pozemku se nachází místní komunikace IV.třídy. Návrh domu respektuje územní plán obce i uliční zástavbu. Projektová dokumentace je zpracována v souladu s aktuálním zněním platných zákonů, vyhlášek a norem. Obrys domu je pravidelný, zastřešení řešeno dvěma plochými střechami. Konstrukční systém stěnový, zděný. Objekt je situován na rovinném povrchu.This bachelor thesis deals with design and elaboration of project documentation for construction, building of a family house with a butcher's shop in Velaticích. The building is located on plot no 2025/4, in the cadastral territory of the Velatice. The house is divided into living part and operational. It is situated in a built-up area. Part of the housing has two floors, the establishment of one above-ground floors, the building is a partial basement included are two garages, one in the center and the other in the operating part . Next to the plot is the local communication IV.class. The design of the house respects the territorial plan of the municipality and the street development. Project documentation is processed in accordance with the current wording of the applicable laws, regulations and standards. The outline of the house is a regular, roofing solved in two flat roofs. The structural system of a wall, walled. The building is situated on a flat surface.
