Abstract
Úlohou bakalářské práce bylo vyřešit problematickou parcelu na nároží frekventovaného městského okruhu. Hlavní funkcí řešeného objektu je galerie a poddružnou funkcí jsou pronajimatelné kanceláře. Návrh vytváří variabilní prostor s možností měnit funkční využití dle požadavků majitele.
The task of this bachelor's thesis was to solve problematic plot on the corner frequented ring road. The main function of the building is a gallery and other features are rentable office. It creates a flexible space with the ability to change operational use by the owner.
