Cyklistické stezky – Impulz pro rozvoj území

Abstract

Cílem a předmětem je analýza cyklistických stezek z hlediska jejich kvalifikace po časové a technické stránce, tvorba SWOT analýzy, která hodnotí slabé a silné stránky, hrozby a příležitosti pro cyklistické stezky, průzkum jejich financování, pohled na vývoj cyklistických stezek v Olomouci, která je blíže rozebrána v praktické části této diplo-mové práce. V již zmíněné praktické části je projekt cyklistické stezky hodnocen ana-lýzou nákladů a výnosů metodou CBA pomocí SW eCBA, kde byla nutná charakteristika cyklostezky a její identifikace a kvantifikace z hlediska finanční a ekonomické analýzy projektu. Výstupem je vyhodnocení projektu touto metodou z hlediska udržitelnosti. Závěrem je zhodnocení cyklistických stezek jako impulz pro rozvoj území.The aim and object is to undergo analysis of bicycle trails in terms of their qualifications within time and technical aspects, creation of SWOT analysis, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities of bicycle trails, exploration and financing, looks at the development of bicycle trailsin Olomouc because of the focus on practical part of the project of the biking trails located in this area. In the practical part of the project the biking trails are evaluated according to cost-benefit analysis method using CBA SW eCBA where all the necessary characteristics of cycle paths and their identification and quantification in terms of financial and economic analysis of the project is described. The outcome of this project is to evaluate the methodology for dou-term sustainability. Finally, the evaluation of cycle paths as a stimulus for development of area.
