Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace rodinného domu s provozem kavárny ve Vsetíně. Projekt a přílohy jsou zpracovány podle současných platných zákonů, norem, vyhlášek a nařízení vlády. Objekt je situován na parcele č.12963, katastrální území Vsetín. Stavební objekt je situován do území určeného k individuální zástavbě. Objekt je dvoupodlažní o rozměrech 10,15x12,6 m a je osazen ve svahovitém terénu. Objekt bude zastřešen sedlovou střechou. Nosný systém je navržen v systému Porotherm.This thesis deals with the processing of project documentation od a family house with an estabilishment in Vsetín. Project and attachments are processed according to current laws, regulations, goverment regulations and standarts. The building is situated on a plot 12963, cadastral Vsetín. Building the object is situated in the territory designated for the construction of individual building. The building is two stores basement of the larger size of 10,15x12,6 m. The building will be covered with a gable roof. The supporting system is designed from the system Porotherm.
