Penzion v Píšti

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby penzionu v Píšti. K penzionu přiléhá druhý objekt s wellness vybavením (není předmětem mé bakalářské práce). Penzion má pět bytových jednotek pro dočasné ubytování a jednu bytovou jednotku vlastníka. Objekt je částečně podsklepen se dvěma nadzemními podlažími zastřešen sedlovou střechou s valbami. Ve střeše jsou osazeny vikýře. Konstrukční systém podsklepené části tvoří ztracené bednění, v nadzemní části je objekt zděný ze systému Porotherm. Návrh penzionu respektuje územní plán obce Píšť a stávající uliční zástavbu. Dále klade důraz na dispoziční řešení včetně bezbariérového přístupu, zajištění konstrukce po stránce statické, architektonické, úspory energie a bezpečnosti při užívání objektu.The subject of my thesis is the design of new pension in the Píšť The property adjoins the second object with the wellness facilities (not the subject of my thesis). Pension has five housing units for temporary accommodation and a residential unit owner. Property is partially basement with two floors covered with a gable roof hip. The roof is fitted with skylights. The structural system consists of a basement formwork, in the above-ground part of the building brick of Porotherm. Pension proposal respects local plan piston and existing street buildings. Further emphasis on layout design including barrier-free access, security design for the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building.
