Polyfunkční dům

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace novostavby polyfunkčního bytového domu v Praze. Dům má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepený. Objekt je provozně rozdělen na tři samostatné části. Převažující část objektu je určena pro bydlení, další částí je provozovna cukrárny a poslední automatická garáž. Dům je navržen z konstrukčního systému Porotherm. Střecha je šikmá dvouplášťová s dřevěno-ocelovou nosnou konstrukcí.The theme of diploma thesis is processing of the design new multifunctional residential building in Prague. The house has four floors is partly basement. The building is operationally divided into three separate parts. Predominant part of the building is intended for housing, other parts of the establishment is a patisserie and last automatic garage The house is designed of the construction systém Porotherm. The pitched roof is double layer with a wood-steel structure.
