Automatizace řízení optické měřicí komory

Abstract

V tejto bakalárskej práci je riešená problematika riadenia polohy otočného stolíka v optickej meracej komore a automatizácie merania optických spektrálnych charakteristík použitím spektrofotometra. V rámci práce bolo navrhnuté hardvérové a softvérové rie- šenie pre nastavovanie polohy stolíka meracej komory, kalibráciu východiskovej polohy stolíka, realizované úpravy programu pre riadenie spektrofotometra a prepojenie tohto programu s obslužnou aplikáciou pre ovládanie otočného stolíka. Funkčnosť systému bola overená natáčaním stolíka do požadovanej polohy, zmeraním optického emisného spektra halogénovej lampy a zmeraním optických reflexných spektier vzorky s hologramom pri rôznych uhloch dopadu svetla na hologram pri zvolených uhloch natočenia vzorky voči zdroju optického žiarenia.In this bachelor’s thesis, the problem of controlling the position of the rotary table in the optical measuring chamber and the measurement automations of the optical spectral characteristics using a spectrophotometer is described and solved. In frame of this bachelor’s thesis, a hardware and software solution was designed and implemented for controlling, calibrating and setting the position of the measuring chamber table. In addition, modifications of the software program for controlling the spectrophotometer and connecting the program with the service application for controlling the rotary table has been performed. The functionality of the system was verified by rotating the measuring table in the chamber to predefined positions, by measuring the optical emission spectrum of the halogen lamp and by measuring the optical reflection spectra of the sample with the hologram motives at various angles of light incidence on the hologram..
