Polyfunkční dům Bystřice pod Hostýnem

Abstract

Předmětem předkládané diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu polyfunkčního domu s tělocvičnou, fitness, sport barem a ubytovacími jednotkami ve formě projektové dokumentace, včetně problémů, které s daným tématem souvisí. Dům se bude nacházet ve městě Bystřice pod Hostýnem, Vzhledem k funkčnosti je budova rozdělena do dvou částí – jižní a severní. Jižní část určena pro ubytování bude mít 4 nadzemní podlaží, severní část s fitness, tělocvičnou a sportbarem bude mít 3 nadzemní podlaží. Terén na stavební parcele se mírně svažuje na jihovýchodní stranu. Objekt bude postaven z montovaného železobetonového skeletu RIEDER s výplní z tvárnic Ytong s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Budova bude mít dvě jednoplášťové ploché střechy. Při návrhu byl hlavně kladen důraz na funkční, dispoziční a architektonickou stránku užívání polyfunkčního domu.The aim of this diploma thesis is to project a polyfunctional building including a gym, fitness centre, bar and apartments. The plan is conducted in the form of project documentation, containing all the problems related with this issue. The building is located in the town, Bystřice pod Hostýnem. Considering the functionality, the construction is divided into two parts – southern and northern part. The south of the building is designated for accomodation situated on four floors. The north one, including three floors, is intended for the gym, fitness centre and bar. The terrain of building site slopes down to south-east. The construction will be built of prefabricated reinforced concrete frame construction RIEDER with block filling YTONG containing contact insulation system. The building is constructed with two flat single-shell roofs. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspect os polyfunctional house.
