Řízení rizik vybraných prvků kritické dopravní infrastruktury

Abstract

Pro plnění základních funkcí státu je bezpečnost kritické infrastruktury zásadní, a proto ji musí být věnována pozornost. Dopravní infrastruktura patří do kritické infrastruktury. Její prvky: mosty; tunely; nádraží; letiště; a řízení jejich provozu, jsou zásadně důležité. Článek shrnuje zásady pro řízení rizik zmíněných prvků kritické dopravní infrastruktury založený na systémovém pojetí a respektující socio-kyberfyzickou povahu prvků a složitost systémů v dynamicky se vyvíjejícím světě.Critical infrastructure security is essential to the performance of the basic functions of the state and must therefore be given attention. Transport infrastructure belongs to critical infrastructure. Its elements: bridges; tunnels; railway stations; airports; and the management of their operation, are fundamentally important. This paper summarises the principles for risk management of the above mentioned elements of critical transport infrastructure based on a systems approach and respecting the socio-cyber-physical nature of the elements and the complexity of systems in a dynamically evolving world.
