Abstract
Polyfunkční dům se 4 nadzemními podlažímí a jedním podzemním ve kterem je umístěna hromadná garáž. 1NP je obsazeno obchody a nad nimi jsou byty. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou střechou.
