Rozbor a výroba dílu ze vstřikovací formy

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhotovit 3D model vstřikovací formy pro vstřikolis, stanovit výrobní postup a zhodnotit technicko-ekonomická hlediska. V první části tématu jsou popsány vstupní parametry, které je třeba vyjasnit a stanovit před započetím konstrukce nástroje. V druhé tématu jsou rozebrány jednotlivé díly vstřikovací formy a jejich řešení. Třetí část tématu se zaobírá tvorbou 3D modelu formy. Programem ve kterém byl model vytvořen a hlavními funkcemi programu. Čtvrtá část obsahuje postup výroby s popisem jednotlivých operací. To, pro který díl formy je daná operace zavedená, co se na díle má operací vytvořit a proč byla zvolena tato operace. V páté části jsou rozebrány dvě z výrobních operací a to hrubování a EDM. V šesté části jsou popsána technická hlediska, jež jsou nutná pro zhotovení nástroje a vyhodnocená ekonomická stránka výrovy. V poslední části jsou shrnuty hlavní údaje z celého tématu.The aim of the thesis was to make a 3D model of the injection mold for injection moulding machine, to determine the production process and to evaluate the technical and economic aspects. The first part describes the input parameters, which need to be clarified and determined before the construction of the tool. In the second part the individual parts of the injection mold and their solutions are analyzed. The third part of the thesis deals with the creation of a 3D model of mold. The program in which the model was created and the main features of the program.The fourth part describes the production process with a description of each operation.What part of the mold is the given operation introduced, what to do with the operation and why this operation has been selected. In the fifth part, two of the production operations, namely roughing and EDM, are analyzed. The sixth part describes the technical aspects that are necessary for the construction of the tool and the evaluated economic aspect. The last part summarizes the main data from the whole work.
