Obnova renesanční radnice v Hostěradicích

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení a dokumentace pro provedení stavby, v návaznosti na architektonickou studii zpracovanou v rámci předmětu BGA026 - Ateliér obnovy památek. Předmětem řešení ateliérové práce byla obnova renesanční radnice v Hostěradicích, ležící v historickém jádru této obce. V současné době postrádá objekt původní funkci a hledá nové využití. Návrh obnovy radnice vychází především z výsledků analýz, zpracovaných na základě nasbíraných informací, během workshopu v samotném objektu. Dalšími rozhodujícími faktory při návrhu, byly požadavky investora, vize obyvatel obce a prostorové možnosti budovy a jejího okolí. Hlavním cílem je zachovat hodnotné historické prvky, odstranit nevhodné zásahy a doplnit objekt o soudobé architektonické prvky, které umožní jeho adaptaci pro moderní potřeby. Navrhovaná řešení vytváří multifunkční kulturní a společenské centrum obce, které nabídne prostory pro každodenní setkávání občanů, konání společenských akcí, přednášek i komerčního využití. Součástí návrhu je moderní přístavba, zajišťující především komunikační propojenost všech stávajících částí objektu a nové technické zázemím. Přístavba je citlivě napojena na historickou část budovy a respektuje její architektonické hodnoty. Bakalářská práce se rovněž zaměřuje na urbanistický kontext radnice a její propojení s veřejným prostorem. Cílem je vytvořit harmonické propojení historických a novodobých prvků, které podtrhne historickou hodnotu renesančního objektu a současně zajistí jeho dlouhodobou funkčnost a udržitelnost.The aim of the bachelor thesis was to develop project documentation for the building permit and documentation for the execution of the construction, following architectural study prepared within the course BGA026 - Atelier of Monuments Restoration. The subject of the studio work was the restoration of the Renaissance town hall in Hostěradice, located in the historic core of the village. Currently, the building lacks its original function and is looking for a new use. The design of the town hall renovation project is based mainly on the results of analyses, prepared on the basis of information gathered during a workshop in the building itself. Other decisive factors in the design were the requirements of the investor, the vision of the inhabitants of the village and the spatial possibilities of the building and its surroundings. The main objective is to preserve valuable historical elements, remove inappropriate interventions and add contemporary architectural elements to the building to enable its adaptation for modern needs. The proposed solutions create a multifunctional cultural and social centre of the village, which will offer spaces for everyday gatherings of citizens, social events, lectures and commercial use. The proposal includes a modern extension, providing mainly communication connectivity between all existing parts of the building and new technical facilities. The extension is sensitively connected to the historic part of the building and respects its architectural values. The bachelor thesis also focuses on the urban context of the town hall and its connection with the public space. The aim is to create a harmonious interconnection of historical and modern elements that will underline the historical value of the Renaissance building and at the same time ensure its long-term functionality and sustainability.
