Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně-technické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci sportovního centra. Dům je situován v Hodoníně v rovinatém terénu. Jedná se o objekt s dvěmi nadzemními podlažími, nepodsklepený, plochou vegetační střechou a šikmou střechou z dřevěných lepených vazníků. Objekt je založen na základových pasek a patkách z prostého betonu. Nosné obvodové i vnitřní stěny jsou z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. V otevřených prostorách jsou navrženy železobetonové sloupy. Stropní konstrukce je navržena z předpjatých stropních panelů Spiroll. Obvodové stěny jsou zatepleny pomocí vnějšího zateplovacího systému ETICS v západní části objektu. Na zbytku objektu je provětrávaná fasáda s obkladem ze dřeva a obkladových desek Cetris. Objekt je funkčně rozdělen na dvě části se společným vstupem. Na severní a jižní straně se nachází prostory sportoviště. Zbytek tvoří prostory restaurace, kuchyň se zázemím, hygienické zázemí zaměstnanců a návštěvníků. Budova je řešena bezbariérově.The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a sports centre. The building is situated in Hodonín in flattened terrain. It is a building with two floors, non-cellar, flat vegetation roof and sloping roof of the wooden glued laminated trusses. The building is based on plain concrete strip foundations and concrete foundations footing. Both peripheral and internal walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. In open spaces, reinforced concrete columns are designed. The ceiling structure is designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The peripheral walls are insulated with the ETICS external thermal insulation system in the western part of the building. On the rest of the building there is a ventilated facade with a cladding made of wood and Cetris tiles. The building is functionally divided into two parts with a common entrance. On the north and south side there are sports grounds. The rest consists of a restaurant, a kitchen with facilities, a hygienic background for employees and visitors. The whole building is barrier-free.
