Zefektivnění výběrového řízení ve společnosti PRG-Schultz ČR, s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem práce je analýza a návrh doporučení v oblasti výběrového řízení zaměstnanců tak, aby podporovali kvalitu služeb poskytovaných firmou PRG-Schultz ČR, s.r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje přehled a zpracování příslušných materiálů a teorie, potřebné pro úspěšné splnění cíle této práce. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného výběrového řízení a formulací návrhů na jeho zefektivnění.The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and recommendations concerning the selection procedure of the employees so that they can promote the quality of the service provided by PRG-Schultz ČR, s.r.o. company. The theoretical part of this work contains survey and elaboration of the appropriate materials and theory which are needed for successful realization of the chosen objectives. The practical part is dealing with the analysis of current selection procedure and formulation of the proposals to improve personal recruitment.
