Abstract

Automatizace výměny nástrojů je zásadním faktorem, který ovlivňuje celkovou úroveň automatizace výrobních strojů. Z důvodu použití většího množství nástrojů při obrábění, se systémy automatické výměny nástrojů (dále jen "AVN") řešily jako jedny z prvních otázek. Za pomoci systémů AVN byly minimalizovány vedlejší výrobní časy a zásah obsluhy za současného zvýšení produktivity práce. S tím je rovněž spojena vyšší bezpečnost práce a minimalizace chyby lidského faktoru. Systémy AVN rozšířily možnosti obrábění ve strojním průmyslu, což se kladně projevilo na ceně. Téma předkládané bakalářské práce se zabývá rozborem problematiky systémů automatické výměny nástrojů ve stavbě obráběcích center.Automation tool change is a major factor that affects the overall level of factory automation machinery. Due to its large number of tools for machining, the system of automatic tool change (hereinafter referred to as "AVN") address one of the first questions. The help of the AVN minimize secondary production times and operator intervention while increasing productivity. With that is also linked to higher safety and minimizing human error. AVN systems expand opportunities working in the engineering industry, which is positively reflected in the price. The theme of the present thesis deals with the analysis of the problems of automatic tool change in the structure of machining centers.
