Polyfunkční dům u meandrů řeky Lučiny

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace polyfunkčního domu v Havířově. Objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží a suterénní garáž. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází obchody a kavárna. Ve druhém a třetím podlaží se nachází kancelářské prostory. Nosným systémem je železobetonový skelet. Obvodový plášť je tvořen z vápenopískových cihel s provětrávanou fasádou s izolací z minerální plsti. Střecha je navržena jako nepochozí plochá jednoplášťová.Subject of this final thesis is to develop project documents of a new mixed-use building in Havířov. The building has three floors and basement car park. On the first floor there is a café and shops. On the second and third floor there are office spaces. Structural sytem of building is cast-in-place concrete frame. Exterior building envelope is made of sand-lime bricks with ventilated facade with thermal insulation of mineral wool insulation. The roof of the building is designed as a non-walkable warm flat roof.
