Abstract

Stavba bude sloužit jako rekreační penzion a v přístavbě vinného sklepa se nachází lisovna s posezením. Půdorys penzionu má tvar obdélníku, hlavní vstup je orientován z východní strany. Penzon má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Stropní konstrukce je spojitá železobetonová stropní deska tloušťky 200mm. Krov je z dřevěných střešních vazníků. Penzion je postaven z keramického systému firmy Wienerberger. Obvodové stěny jsou z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 30 P+D a 15 cm tepelné izolace. Vnitřní nosné stěny jsou z tvárnic Porotherm 30 AKU P + D. Vnitřní nenosné stěny – jsou sádrokartonové příčky Knaf typu Diamant (mezibytová) W 155, W 151, W 152, W153. Půdorys přístavby ke stávajícímu vinnému sklepu má tvar obdélníku, hlavní vstup je orientován ze západní strany. Přístavba ke stávajícímu vinnému sklepu je postavena z keramického systému firmy Wienerberger. Obvodové stěny jsou z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 30 P+D a 10 cm tepelné izolace. Vnitřní nosné stěny jsou z tvárnic Porotherm 30 AKU P + D. Vnitřní nenosné stěny – jsou sádrokartonové příčky Knaf typu Diamant W 151, W 152. Půdorys letní části má tvar obdélníku, vstupy jsou orientovány z jižní strany. Letní část je postavena z keramického systému firmy Wienerberger. Obvodové stěny jsou z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 24 P+D. Vnitřní nosné stěny jsou z tvárnic Porotherm 24 P+D. Vnitřní nenosné stěny jsou z tvárnic Porotherm 11,5 P+D. Stavba bude zařazena do zástavby rodinných domů a vinných sklepů jako izolovaný objekt. K objektům vedou chodníky ze zámkové dlažby a příjezdová cesta s parkovištěm.The building will serve as a holiday bording house and in the additional wine cellar is located mill with seating.
