Abstract

Zuzana (23:46): Project is rekonstruction of building number 24 and new building on space of building number 25 (technical condition of this building doesn´t alowed any use) in area of former bata´s factory in Zlín. Big importancy of this area mirrors in way of redefining urbanism and character of reconstruction of n.24. New building recpect this situation with own volume and heigh, but look of the building shows its new presents and high-tech character of functions inside. Project creates a space for three parts of Business centre- teaching centres for actual companies, universal spaces to rent whith laboratories and offices and science centre for Tomas Bata University. Area contains also undergroun parking, restaurant and another retail spaces. Idea is to create atractiv space for work, interaction and relax-all very important factor for difficult psychical work. anotace anglicky Projekt rieši rekonštrukciu budovy číslo 24 a dostavbu nového objektu na mieste technicky a staticky nevyhovujúceho objektu číslo 25 v areále bývalej baťovej fabriky v Zlíne pre potreby podnikatežského centra a výzkumných ústavov Univerzity Tomáša Bati. Vzhžadom na význam tejto lokality sú zasahy do stávajúceho objektu minimálne a tento si zachováva svoj výraz preslávenej medzivojnovej architektúry Zlína. Urbanistickém štruktúre siesta sa podriaduje svojou stopou a objemom aj novo budovaný objekt, tento však dáva svojim výrazom jasne najavo svoju novú prítomnosť a hi-tech podstatu výskumu ktorý v ňom nachádza svoje miesto. Stavebný program je rozdelený do troch celkov. Dva z nich sú riešené v budove č. 24 - školiace strediská konktétnych subjektov a podnikatežské centrum tvoreneé umiverzálnymi prenajímatežnými plochami kancelárií a laroratórií. Treťou časťou sú výskumné pracoviská ústavov UTB pre ktoré je navrhovaný nový objekt. K týmto funkčným celkom je doplnená vzbavenosť vo forme podzemného parkoviska, stravovacieho zariadenie pre zamestnancov a ďalších komerčných priestorov zatraktívňujúcich areál.
