Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast neziskového sektoru, konkrétně občanského sdružení a jeho hospodaření. Práce se nejprve zabývá teoretickým zpracováním problematiky a poté prakticky hodnotí hospodaření konkrétního občanského sdružení. Následují návrhy a doporučení, která by měla přispět ke zlepšení hospodaření této organizace a celkově ovlivnit finanční situaci.
Bachelor thesis is focused on the non-profit sector, namely the civic association and its management. The thesis first discusses the theoretical problems of processing and then the practical value of a particular management of the civic association. The following suggestions and recommendations that should contribute to improving the management of the organization and affect overall financial situation.
