Y Soft Campus - poloopuštěný areál Střelnice v Brně-Pisárkách

Abstract

Y SOFT CAMPUS Lokalita zamýšleného kampusu jedné z nedynamičtěji se rozvíjejících se českých firem se nachází v areálu bývalé střelnice v Brně - Pisárkách. Ta je i přes atraktivní okolí a výbornou dostupnost do centra města dnes vedena jako brownfield. Navrhuji nové malé “město”. Dostatečně soběstačné, ale zároveň závislé na okolí. To je na zpátek obohacováno o nové možnosti využití území. Kromě samotné budovy firmy umisťuji do areálu multifunkční domy se střednědobým ubytováním, sportovní areál kultivuji a rozšiřuji o indoorové aktivity, zapojuji řeku a mezi vzrostlými lesy vzniká obytná čtvrť. Tu doplňuje mateřská školka a domov důchodců. Z historických budov výletní restaurace a zázemí sportoviště a jejich okolí vytvářím veřejné prostranství s galerií, stávající restaurací a komunitním centrem. Sídlo Y Softu navrhuji s ohledem na měkkou hranici mezi městem a lesem. Kompaktní plochu budovy “rozbíjím” na menší segmenty, které zároveň reprezentují jednotlivá oddělení. Budova najednou vrůstá do lesa a les do budovy. Zajišťuji tím dostatek přirozeného světla, kontakt s okolním vzrostlým lesem a díky rozdílné orientaci ke světovým stranám také proměnlivé výhledy. Dbám na to, aby i přes velké vzdálenosti spolu byli všichni maximálně propojení. Na severním okraji ponechávám plochu pro zamýšlené rozšíření, která do té doby díky vzrostlým stromům plní funkci lesa. Konstrukčně je budova řešena jako dřevostavba se ztužujícícím železobetonovým jádrem a extenzivní vegetační střechou. Energeticky je budova řešena co nejvíce šetrně a soběstačně. Využívá geotermální a solární energii, dešťovou vodu svádí do nádrží a zpětně využívá na splachování a zavlažování a je vytápěna i větrána vzduchotechnikou s rekuperační jednotkou.Y SOFT CAMPUS The location of the planned campus of one of the most dynamically developing Czech companies is located in the premises of the former shooting range in Brno - Pisárky. In addition to the building itself, I place multifunctional houses with medium-term accommodation on the premises, cultivate and expand the sports grounds for indoor activities, engage the river and create a residential area among the growing forests. This is supplemented by kindergarten and retirement home. From the historic buildings of the cruise restaurant and the grounds of the sports grounds and their surroundings, I create a public space with a gallery, an existing restaurant and a community center. Y Softu is based on the soft border between the city and the forest. The compact area of the building "breaks" into smaller segments, which at the same time represent individual departments. The building suddenly grows into the forest and the forest into the building. I provide enough natural light, contact with the surrounding grown forest, and varying views of the world. I make sure that, despite the great distances, everyone has the maximum interconnection. At the northern edge, I leave the area for the intended extension, which until then has grown trees to function as a forest. The building is designed as a wooden building with a reinforced concrete core and an extensive vegetation roof. The building is energetically designed as carefully and self-sustaining as possible. It uses geothermal and solar energy, rains the rainwater into tanks and re-uses it for flushing and irrigation and is also heated by a ventilation fan with a heat recovery unit
