Deskripce vedení u obráběcích strojů

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis vedení u obráběcích strojů. Stále větší důraz je kladen na přesnost vedení, protože je to jedna z hlavních částí, která ovlivňuje přesnost celého stroje a tím i výroby. Popisují se zde materiály, z kterých se vedení vyrábí, rozdělení vedení a jeho používání u CNC strojů. V závěru práce je uvedeno celkové zhodnocení.The main theme of this thesis is is a description of machine tools slide ways. More and more emphasis is laid on the accuracy of slide ways, because it is among the main parts that influences the exactness of of the mashine and thus the whole making process ass well. Materials that the sliding ways are made of are described here as well as their classification and their use with the CNC machines. The final summary of the thesis contents the evaluation.
