Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na měření a hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti Emco spol. s.r.o. v letech 2020-2023. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům, zahrnuje definice, přehled jednotlivých ukazatelů a použitých metod. Druhá část obsahuje finanční analýzu současného stavu podniku, vycházející z poznatků uvedených v teoretické části. Ve třetí části jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení finanční situace společnosti.
The bachelor thesis focuses on measuring and evaluating the performance of the company Emco spol. s.r.o. for the years 2020–2023. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background, including definitions, an overview of individual indicators, and the methods used. The second part contains a financial analysis of the current state of the company, based on the findings from the theoretical section. The third part proposes measures to improve the financial situation of the company.

Studentka ve své prezentaci seznámila komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěla. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Otázky z posudku oponenta zodpověděla v plném rozsahu. Otázky členů komise:
1 Ing. et Ing. Kateřina Procházková, Ph.D. - Zhodnotila jste odběratelskou strukturu z hlediska tuzemských a zahraničních podniků? Odpovězeno.
2 Ing. et Ing. Kateřina Procházková, Ph.D. - Měla jste v analyzovaném podniku přiděleného konzultanta? Byly možné konzultace se sledovaným podnikem? Odpovězeno.
3 Ing. Mgr. Peter Mičák, Ph.D. - Přibližte konkrétněji položky z Vaší SWOT analýzy. Odpovězeno.
Na základě přednesené prezentace a odpovědí na otázky položené v diskusi komise rozhodla, že studentka práci obhájila.
