Řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku. Jsou zde popsány pojmy související s danou problematikou, tj. charakteristika stavebního podniku, klasifikace rizik, vytýčení rizikových faktorů, stanovení významnosti rizikových faktorů a určení možných následků rizikových faktorů na ekonomickou situaci stavebního podniku. V praktické části jsou pak zanalyzovány určité rizikové faktory ve vybraném stavebním podniku. Dále jsou určeny jejich významnosti na základě metody matice hodnocení rizik a následně nejvýznamnější rizika jsou promítnuta do finančního plánu stavebního podniku. V poslední části jsou navrženy opatření a doporučení pro firmu s cílem snížení dopadů rizik na ekonomický stav podniku.The thesis deals with risk management in the construction company. There are described the concepts related to the issue, that is characteristic of the construction company, risk classification, marking out the risk factors, the determination of significance of risk factors and identification of potential risk factors, consequences on the economic situation of the construction company. In the practical part there are certain risk factors analyzed in the selected building company. In addition to their significance are determined based on the method of risk assessment matrix and consequently the most significant risks are reflected in the financial plan construction company. In the last section are suggested measures and recommendations for the company to reduce the impact of risks on the economic situation of the company.
