Analýza nákladů inženýrských staveb

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem „Analýza nákladů inženýrských staveb“ se zabývá porovnáním nákladů na životní cyklus liniových staveb s asfaltovým povrchem vůči nákladům na životní cyklus liniových staveb s betonovým povrchem. V teoretické části práce je pojednáváno o cenách, nákladech, kalkulacích a rozpočtech. Následují kapitoly o historii a současném stavu, rozdělení pozemních komunikací, konstrukci vozovky, životním cyklu stavby a rozdílech mezi cementobetonovým a asfaltovým krytem. Praktická část diplomové práce je rozčleněna na tři dílčí části. V každé z nich jsou na praktickém příkladu porovnány náklady na životní cyklus liniové stavby s asfaltovým povrchem vůči nákladům na životní cyklus liniové stavby s betonovým povrchem a vše je graficky znázorněno.The thesis titled "Cost analysis of engineering structures" presents a comparison of the life cycle costs of linear structures with an asphalt surface against the life cycle cost of linear structures with a concrete surface. The thesis deals with prices, costs, calculations and budgets in its theoretical part. The following chapters present history and current status, road constructions, life cycle of the construction and differences between concrete and asphalt covering. Practical part of the thesis is divided into three parts. In each sub-section, there is a practical example of comparing the costs of the life cycle of linear structure with the asphalt surface against the costs of the life cycle of linear structure with the concrete surface. Everything is expressed in graphs.
