Realizace technologické etapy hrubá vrchní stavba Lyžařského zázemí v Koutech nad Desnou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce zpracovává dvě technologické etapy hrubé vrchní stavby lyžařského zázemí v Koutech nad Desnou. Účel stavby je stravovací centrum s bowlingem. Konkrétně se jedná o tři restaurace a bowlingovou dráhu. Nachází se v centru obce pod lyžařskou sjezdovkou, kde bude využívána jak v zimě během lyžařské sezóny, tak mimo sezónu jako restaurační a zábavní centrum. Jedná se o stavbu částečně podsklepenou s jedním podzemním a dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Konstrukce stavby je tvořena monolitickým skeletem s vyzděním z cihelných tvárnic Porotherm. Zpracované technologické etapy řeší svislé nosné konstrukce ve 2NP a monolitický železobetonový strop nad 2NP. V rámci jiného zadání je provedeno porovnání dvou technologií provádění svislých nosných stěn z hlediska časového a finančního.The main subject of Bachelor thesis concerns two technological phases of roughly build upper building of ski areal in Kouty nad Desnou. The building serves as a dinning and bowling centre. In particular there are three restaurants. The object is located in the centre of the village, under the ski slope. It will be used all over the year ass entertaining centre. The building has one floor bellow and two above the ground. The construction is made like monolithic core structure with Porotherm brick blocks. The individual technological phases focus on the vertical supporting constructions in second floor and monolithic ferroconcrete roof above second floor. In pursuance of second task, the thesis compares financial and time point of view of two technologies of making vertical supporting walls.
