Abstract
Hlavní náplní této bakalářské práce je návrh čtyřpodlažního bytového domu. Dům se bude skládat ze dvou bytových jednotek, ke kterým budou příslušet sklepní prostory a garáže a z provozovny realitní kanceláře. Objekt bude mít tři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží.
The main concern of this thesis work is the four-storey apartment building. The house will consist of two residential units to which they belong cellar and garage facility and real estate agents. The building will have three above ground and one underground floor.
